Documents required for a United States visa
This list is a general framework. Additional documents may be requested depending on your situation; we prepare your personal list at the initial consultation.
Tourist / business visa (B1/B2)
- Passport valid for at least 6 months after your return
- DS-160 confirmation page
- Visa fee receipt and appointment confirmation
- US-standard biometric photo (5x5 cm)
- Bank statement for the last 3–6 months
- Proof of employment or income (social security record, employer letter, tax certificate)
- Proof of ties to Türkiye: title deed, vehicle registration, student certificate (if any)
- Old passports and previous visas (if any)
